                                                A simple 2 floor house

This project is a 2 floor house. This house can be built on almost all kinds of sites. The architects hope was to achieve a building with architectural presence that creates a comfortable living within, with a nice external aesthetic appearance.
The house is a small building with 3 different colors.
The color can be changed and manipulated according to areas defined by lines, defining a more playful house.
The colors can change according to color theory to another combination.
Or the colors can be more abstract, reaching a state of art.

The entrance is with a pattern of solid color. The volume is simple, giving a satisfying view.
The whole house can be stretched to the left and right, changing the inner areas and the volume.
The whole house can be stretched in front and back, changing the inner areas and the volume.

The walls, left and right, can be of the same color.
The slab above the balconies, can be changed, rotated defining another view, and maybe according the sun that should enter the house.
The entrance of light can be done from left and right, by doors or large glass areas.
The colorful back and front areas of the house can be constructed with panels.
The can be added in the slab in the middle of the building a entrance of light, with a void from the top of the building passing through a void in the first floor and leading to ground floor.
The balcony in the back of the first floor can exist or not, changing the house.
Or in the back of the house, can be added a large glass area, defined by the balcony and covering both ground and first floor.

Around the house should be a yard, smaller or larger according to the the site.
Or not at all, leaving the house in the middle of the house alone.
The house should be ideally rotated and manipulated according to the site orientation.
The functionality of the house is simple and effective.

The spaces are organized in a way that gives the capacity to function right and to transform.
The entrance doors is normal, and there should be glass area or the door can be large and continuous covering the full left view, achieving a nice view of the the yard and letting the light to enter. In the living room can be added a fireplace and a style/decoration according to owner wish.
The dining/kitchen style should match the living room style/decoration.
The kitchen and dining can change place.
In the ground floor there are a guestroom and a bath.
The guestroom can be converted to bedroom/den/service room.
Generally the guest and bath are can be controlled and manipulated.
There can be doors in the back of the house, in symmetry and similar to the elevation of the main entrance. Or different covering specific needs.

Around the house there is an yard which can function complementary to the house, enhancing the well living and pleasure of the owners.

The communication to the upper floor is through a stair that can have a style according to the style/decoration of the living area, of the house generally.

The upper floor is functional, with a balconies in left, right and in the back of the house.
The light enter the upper floor easily through the doors and the door/doors of the balcony.
The area of the bedrooms is organized in such a way, that can be changed giving the architect/owner the right to manipulate the spaces easily.
There 3 bedrooms, a den and a bath.
Maybe one bedroom can change and become a bath, and the living area is bigger.
Maybe the living area can be a big playroom.
Another idea is that there can be a void in the slab of the floor, with a nice view to the ground floor. Above the void in the slab, there should be a calculated void in the slab covering the first floor. The light can enter easy through the roof slab into the whole house. In that case the blacony in the back of the house can exist or not, according to architect/owner wished.

Another idea is that if the owner/architect wants a clear volume, the back balcony should be avoided. Also the slab roofs above the balconies in the right and left of the house, can be the same. Or there can be a hypothetical straight line, from straight to a line with an angle, changing the house, leading from from left to right or the opposite.
Or the house can be as just it appears to the image.

The yard can become whatever the owner wants, with a pool somewhere in the yard. The yard can have a garage, maybe behind the bedroom3 are and with a door leading directly to the house. It depends upon the site.
Or the garage can be independent, or depending in the general area of where the house is in relation with the site and roads around, there cannot be at all.

The site can have one or more roads around it.

The site can be inside a structured area of the city, or somewhere isolated.
The house can stand alone, defining something unique.

The structural system should be of concrete, or maybe steel, and with a dark grey/black color in the front and back of the house, making a nice view.
In the other axis, the structural system is the usual used in such type of buildings.

General the dimensions of the house can be strictly defined, as seem in the sketch.
Or more abstract change, with manipulating the whole house.

Final blueprints can be made easily with autocad or archicad, or other software.
And render can be made easy with appropriate software.
It is a simple, defined and not, somewhat concrete and a little abstract approach to a 2 floor house, that can change relatively easy, to satisfy the owner needs.
