The house can be inside a city block, in suburbs or elsewhere.
On the ground floor there are a living room, kitchen and bathroom.
On the first floor there is bedroom, and void open to below.
There can be a pool at the yard, a nice stone walk, a garage or whatever you like.
The house has a perfect functionality.
The house is complete, with sample decoration.
The house has an idea of a bedroom open to below.
There is a balcony on the first floor, for the owner to spend good days of the year.
