This is a two floor house.
The house is 180 square meters without the double garage.
The house can be built in a land of 28x18 meters or bigger land with proper adjustments in land.
The house can be inside a city block, in suburbs or elsewhere.
It is in scale 1cm=1m be in scale so you can find any internal dimension with a simple ruler.
The house can become a little larger or smaller with almost the same characteristics, changing a little the dimensions.
So the house can be from 150 to 200 square meters according to your wish, keeping almost the same layout.
It has on the ground floor a double garage with a lot of space for a storage area or a working area.
It has on the upper floor a living room, dining room and kitchen area.
It has a storage area near the open kitchen.
There are four bedrooms, one with dimensions 7x4 meters, which can has within closet and bathroom, one smaller bedroom with dimensions 6x4 meters, which can has within closet and bathroom, and two smaller bedrooms with dimension 4x4meters, and a bathroom.
Under the upper floor volume there is created an area on which the owners of the house can spend their free time.
This area has access to a pool and all the yard.
The house has a perfect functionality.
The house is complete, with sample decoration.
The structural system can be of concrete or of structural steel.
The internal walls can be of brick 10cm or what the local laws demand.
The external walls can be of brick with normal insulation etc.
You can adjust the house style and cost by your economics.
The external walls materials can change, just imagine materials that you like replacing the stone or the wood.
In the photos above there is in the render a different kind of wood if you take a good look at the photos.
The surroundings of the house are to your choice, from trees and a stone path to something more modern like a pool or whatever you like.
You can change the entrance door of the garage according to the land and the roads around the house.
The stairs can change directions, adjusting to the land you have.
Optionally you can change the slab covering the house, making it a roof, ideally single way.
After finalizing your decision, you should go to a local civil engineer/architect for final blueprints with some modifications or not and structural calculations.
In final product the plans will have directions in order for you to change dimensions if you want.

When you buy the house you send me your email and receive blueprints in PDF, autocad plans in dwg and renders (10 photos).
The PDF files are final blueprints and can be printed in a local shop.
