The site shown in picture is 34x23 meters, but can be less.
The house can be inside a city block, in suburbs or elsewhere.
It is in scale 1cm=1m be in scale so you can find any internal dimension with a simple ruler.
The house can become a little larger or smaller with almost the same characteristics, changing a little the dimensions.
So the house can be from 160 to 270 square meters according to your wish, keeping almost the same layout.
On the ground floor there are a living room, dining and kitchen area, bathroom and an open den.
On the upper floor there are a three to four bedrooms and a bathroom.
The house has a void on the first floor, creating a view downwards.
There are areas on ground and first floor for the habitants to spend their time on good days of the year.
There can be an underground floor for storage or whatever.
There can be a pool at the site, a nice stone walk, or whatever you like.
The house has a perfect functionality.
The house is complete, with sample decoration.
The structural system can be of concrete or steel or brick.
The internal walls can be of brick or what the local laws demand.
The external walls can be of brick or what the local laws demand.
You can adjust the house style and cost by your economics.
The external walls materials can change, just imagine materials that you like replacing what is shown in pictures.
The surroundings of the house are to your choice, from trees and a stone path to something more modern like a pool or whatever you like.
According to your land and requirements you can create a front or back yard.
You can rotate the house in your land according to the roads around.
After finalizing your decision, you should go to a local civil engineer/architect for final blueprints with some modifications or not and structural calculations.
In final product the plans will have directions in order for you to change dimensions if you want.
