 This is a two floor house.

The house is 245 square meters with the garage.
The house can be built in a land of 18x20 as a single house or in a big land with a nice yard etc.
The site shown in picture is 34x34 meters but it can be less.
The house can be inside a city block, in suburbs or elsewhere.
It is in scale 1m=1cm so you can find any internal dimension with a simple ruler.
The house can become a little larger or smaller with almost the same characteristics, changing a little the dimensions.
So the house can be from 200 to 430 square meters according to your demands, keeping almost the same layout.
On the upper floor there are a three to four bedrooms and a bathroom.
On the ground floor there are living room, dining, kitchen and bathroom.
There are covered areas on ground and upper floor for the inhabitants to spend their time on good days of the year.
The garage is on the ground floor.
There can be an underground floor for storage or whatever.
There can be a pool at the yard, a nice stone walk, or whatever you like.
The house has a perfect functionality.
The house is complete, with sample decoration.
The structural system can be of concrete or steel.
The internal walls can be of brick or what the local laws demand.
The external walls can be of brick or what the local laws demand.
You can adjust the house style and cost by your economics.
The external walls materials can change, just imagine materials that you like replacing what is shown in pictures.
The surroundings of the house are to your choice, from trees and a stone path to something more modern like a pool or whatever you like.
You can rotate the house in your land according to the roads around.
After finalizing your decision, you should go to a local civil engineer/architect for signed blueprints with some modifications or not and structural calculations.
The house because of the form and the low height can be built on every kind of land.
The structural system can be designed from a local engineer.
In the final product on the plans there will be directions for you in order to change dimensions if you want.
