It is in scale 1cm=1m be in scale so you can find any internal dimension with a simple ruler.
The house can become a little larger or smaller with almost the same characteristics, changing a little the dimensions.
So the house can be from 190 to 380 square meters according to your wish, keeping almost the same layout.
On the ground floor there are a living room, dining area, kitchen area, a bedroom and a bathroom.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
