The
house can be built in a land of 25x26
meters as a single house or in a big land with a nice yard etc.
The
house can be inside a city block, in suburbs or elsewhere.
It
is in scale 1m=1cm so you can find any internal dimension with a
simple ruler.
The
house can become a little larger or smaller with almost the same
characteristics, changing a little the dimensions.
So
the house can become from 215
to 450
square meters according to your demands, keeping almost the same
layout.
On
the ground floor there are living
room, dining, kitchen and a bathroom.
On
the first there are four
bedrooms and a bathroom.
