You can choose to built the duplex house with little changes to the roof in a land with dimensions 16x16 meters or more.
There can be roads all around the land or on the two sides of the land.
It can be built inside city or in more distant area.
I will send you the softcopy (pdf) of all the house plans. It will be easier for you to get copies of the plan.
You can get it printed in a local print shop.

You can change a little the materials or the colors, but it is a complete project.
