This is a two floor house.
The house is 100 square meters.
The house can be built in a land of 20x15 as a single house or in a big land with a garage, a pool etc.
The site shown in picture is 34x34 meters, but can be less.
The house can be inside a city block, in suburbs or elsewhere.
It is in scale 1cm=1m be in scale so you can find any internal dimension with a simple ruler.
The house can become a little larger or smaller with almost the same characteristics, changing a little the dimensions.
So the house can be from 100 to 150 square meters according to your wish, keeping almost the same layout.
